| Done properly, medical management of an employee injured on the job keeps all parties satisfied. Our therapists provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment for the injured worker. Systems are in place to facilitate timely and relevant communication from the therapist to the doctor, case manager, and employer. Specialized testing using the objective BTE Primus RS, and the standardized WorkSTEPS for Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs), provide guidelines for safe return to work. Other services include early injury intervention, post job offer screening, education and safety instruction, work hardening, and conditioning programs and worksite analysis provided by our therapists with ergonomic certification. |
