Women's Suport
Time for YOU
Ongoing Event: Second Monday of every month at 10:00 am
Location: Cancer Care Center
This class will focus on all the ways you can look and feel your best during your cancer journey - wigs, hats, scarves, make-up, clothing, skin and nail changes, nutrition, exercise, coping tips, etc. RSVP requested to Betty at (909) 865-9555 ext 0.
Breast Prosthesis Display
Ongoing Event: Second Monday of each month; Anytime from 11:00 am - 1:30 pm
Location: The Cancer Care Center
For women seeking information on breast prostheses, bras and lingerie. In conjunction with the American Cancer Society.
Breast Cancer Support Group
Ongoing Event: Meets the Second, Third & Fourth Mondays of every month at 7:00 pm.
Location: The Cancer Care Center
All issues related to breast cancer are discussed. Led by Breast Health Program Nurse.
Young Women With Cancer
Ongoing Event: First Mondy of the Month at 7:00 pm
Location: Cancer Care Center
A sharing support group for all women under 40 years old with cancer. Your special needs will be addressed

Pomona Valley Ostomy Association
Ongoing Event: Fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 pm.
Location: The Cancer Care Center
Offers education and mutual support for "ostomates."
Leukemia/Lymphoma/Myeloma Support Group
Ongoing Event: Meets First Wednesday of each month at Noon.
Location: The Cancer Care Center
Support and education for people with leukemia, Hodgkins disease, lymphoma and multiple myeloma. Lunch Provided!
Bereavement / Loss Support Group
Ongoing Event: Meets every Tuesday at 7:00 pm and every Thursday at 3:00 pm.
Location: The Cancer Care Center
For anyone who has suffered the loss of a loved one or who is experiencing the grieving process. Family members / friends are welcome. For information call Inland Hospice (909) 399-3289.
Living In The Here & Now
Ongoing Event: Meets every Thursday morning at 10:00 am.
Location: The Cancer Care Center
Emotional support group to assist cancer patients and their loved ones in coping with cancer.
Prostate Cancer Support Group
Ongoing Event: Meets the Third Tuesday of every month at 6:00 pm.
Location: The Cancer Care Center
Education and support for men who have prostate cancer. Family members/significant others are encouraged to attend. Dinner provided.
When Cancer Enters Your Life
Ongoing Event: First Thursday of each month at 5:00 pm
Location: Cancer Care Center
A sharing support group for EVERYONE! Whether it is one who has cancer, a relative, friend, loved one, or co-worker, this group is where you can find support and encouragement.
Kidz Group
Ongoing Event: Meets the First Thursday of every month at 5:00 pm.
Location: Cancer Care Center
For kids' ages 7-17, whose parent and/or loved one has cancer. Guided by a licensed therapist, hands-on techniques will be used to provide understanding and coping skills during this stressful time in their lives. Dinner provided, registration requested. Call (909) 865-9555 x0.

Wellness Programs
Stretch and Yoga
Ongoing Event: Meets every Monday at 3:00 pm, Every Wednesday at 11:00 am and Every Thursday at 5:00 pm.
Location: The Cancer Care Center
For all fitness levels. You will become more flexible, gain strength and improve circulation. Great for anyone wanting to better their fitness level (and for anyone going through cancer treatment). Dress comfortably. Community members are welcome, as this is a wellness program.
Morning Imagery and Relaxation
Ongoing Event: Meets every Tuesday morning at 10:00 am.
Location: The Cancer Care Center
Focuses on learning the basics of progressive relaxation and guided imagery. These skills can be important in the healing journey throughout the cancer experience.
Mind/Body Connection
Ongoing Event: Meets Every Wednesday at 10:00 am
Location: The Cancer Care Center
Each meeting will focus on the mind/body connection with special emphasis on different topics each month.

Special Events
Sparks of Hope - Honoring those touched by ALL cancers
Date: 6/4/2008 at 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Location: Cancer Care Center
Plan to have some fun enjoying YOUR annual Survivors Day Celebration! You will have a chance to honor yourself, other cancer survivors, former survivors, or supporters by writing a message or just a name on our banner that will be displayed at the celebration. Music, inspirational speakers, delicious desserts and an opportunity to have your (or a group) picture taken. Special 4x6 frames engraved with "A Million Reasons Why" are available for a minimum $20 donation to our support services endowment fund.
